(1) Reasons for noise generated by hydraulic impact
When the hydraulic system is working, various valve components in the pipeline are frequently opened and closed, and the hydraulic pump starts and stops intermittently, causing severe fluctuations in the liquid pressure inside the entire hydraulic system pipeline, with huge differences and peak values several times higher than normal pressure. This causes pressure stamping on the pipeline system, seals, and other components, leading to vibration and noise.
(2) Control measures for hydraulic impact noise
① To prevent hydraulic shock caused by hydraulic cylinder braking, a buffer device can be added at the stroke end of the hydraulic cylinder.
② Install auxiliary components such as accumulators in the hydraulic circuit to absorb impact energy.
③ Installing damping devices or setting damping circuits at the control valve spool end can reduce the movement speed of the spool and prolong the valve opening and closing time, thereby achieving the goal of eliminating hydraulic shock.
Technical requirements for hydraulic system of ship hatch cover:
1. Before assembly, all components need to be sorted and cleaned thoroughly
